Premier Roofcare are a family run roofing company based in Rochester but providing services throughout Kent, covering locations all across the South East.

We believe that it is our responsibility – not just to our customer-base but also to the reputation of the roofing industry as a whole – to ensure that it achieves the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every task we complete.

We are a family run business who pride ourselves on our high level of customer care and attention to detail. Our Head Office is based in between Maidstone and Rochester enabling us to easily cover the whole of Kent and surrounding areas. Although we are a relatively young company which was formed in 2015, we bring together over 25 years of experience in the roofing industry which means we are able to offer a true depth of knowledge along with traditional and honest values to each and every customer.

We believe that the personnel responsible for the delivery of contracts are central to customer satisfaction. In order to ensure the highest possible level of service and customer care, all staff are trained not only in roofing but also in customer care, ensuring every client feels at ease when we attend their property, we want customers to know when we attend site we treat their home like it was our own. We have the upmost respect for clients, their homes and their property. Our reputation is only as good as our last job, we ask clients for truthful feedback after each and every job to ensure we are able to improve our services wherever possible.

In the unlikely event that a problem may arise, Premier Roofcare provides a dedicated customer care team who can respond effectively and efficiently to the needs of both customer and its customer/end user as appropriate. In addition to this we also invest in new technologies, materials and methods in a positive and proactive effort to prevent, wherever practicable, any re-occurrence of an issue.
